The water inlet and outlet are installed in the back of the oven for connecting to the water chiller. The water cooling flange  is built inside oven door  Chamber is mde of Stainless steel 304 with 25 L capacity ( 300 mm x 300 mm x 275 mm)3" (7.6 cm) glass wool insulation prevents heat loss from working chamber. 30 segments programmable digital temperature controller with +/- 5°C accuracy
